A troika! No — A smorgasbord! I am attaching three (count em) three articles for your pleasure in between shopping and finishing your kids’ homework. Did you know that unpaid library fines can affect your score?! Is it true that closing a cc account can help your score?
Check out this illuminating article from Quizzlewire here:
Trying to decide whether to work from home or rent an office? Sometimes there is no choice but if there is, read this little article. One helpful tip — if you are working from home but need occasional meeting space there are more and more facilities around town that let you rent meeting space by the hour and day.
Thinking of borrowing from family or friends to start or grow your business? These days it may be your best bet. The enclosed article has some war stories but I would not hesitate to ask if you think there is potential. Just be professional — present a business plan, make sure expectations are clear (no meddling!) and consider using a third party source like Circle Lending to ease the interaction and give it structure. Lots of families and friends do want to help. Look at crowdfunding — which leads me to Comic Torah!
Comic Torah is a wild, radical and very controversial enterprise. (Click here to see) Why am I mentioning it? It raised significant funds for its launch via “crowdfunding”, which I have blogged about previously. They used KickStarter, the such biggest platform, which has a screening process. I have also written about RocketHub, which has a more open and accessible platform and a full educational arm.

OK I know I can search for it but tell me what is a “troika”? Seriously Rich you are a wealth of information; thanks for the three-bie.
You’ve got to check this guy out folks. He is a true mentsh and it is a zhkie to know him. (Did I say that right?)
