Great material Rich; step up your advertising. There are a lot of "starving artists" who can benefit immensely and at the same time you are creating a very unique niche.

Wow, first post I've read and incredibly timely as I am in the process of incorporating with friends. I was in the throes of debating whether to make our articles more formalized and to get them vetted by a lawyer first, and this was just the push I needed. Thanks!

Ah yes business partners. Your guidance is superb and one could only hope more folks would plan ahead. Truth be told, the euphoria of a "major break-through" often distracts us from what is best. That, coupled with the "we're best of friends"- oh I cannot count the times it has led to this. Make sure this guidance is spread far and wide. Truer words are hard to come by.

Well done Rich!! Very interesting, and clearly explains the basic differences of the various ways of incorporating. So…we shouldn't get a tanning booth for the Bay Spring Community Center? ;-)

I see a lot of elderly with respiratory disease, and it's cheaper to get them an air conditioner than to 911 them during summer in the city.
We got totally ripped off buying a wig for my mother, and no deduction because she is too broke to pay taxes. I advise anyone facing cancer treatment to not get steered to an expensive wig store where they will pay hundreds of dollars for something they won't end up wearing.
